The Starting Point
Acting as both a storage facility and workshop, created in Beacon, NY, 2023. Great care was taken to pour footings around any tree roots, requiring a customized beam system.
A groundhog currently resides underneath.
Dimensions are roughly 9’x16’,
Egress: One 8’ and one 4’ barndoor.
Materials: reinforced concrete piers, pressure treated lumber, polycarbonate, galvanized corrugated steel, reclaimed lumber from older shed and the main property, a brick rowhouse built in 1889.
